International Students

At Cornell, you’ll be part of a multicultural community that includes students from almost every corner of the globe.

Students in past Cornell University Precollege Studies Programs have come from more than 700 cities and 50 countries around the world!

During our programs, in addition to experiencing college academics at an American university, you’ll build college study skills, earn college credit, and receive a Cornell transcript.

On-campus options

If you’d like to study at Cornell in person, check out our Residential and Commuter summer programs.

Online options

If you can’t make it to campus, consider applying to the Online Program in summer or winter.

Required test scores

All Cornell students, including precollege students, must have a strong command of the English language to be successful in their engagement in university studies.
